Learn How to STRESS LESS While Improving Your Game

Welcome to Stress Less Yoga, a gentle yoga practice for everyone and every body! I am delighted to announce I will be offering complimentary group yoga classes to Black Diamond Ranch members beginning soon.

The classes are designed to help you build balance, strength and flexibility to improve your golf game and to bring healing oxygen to every cell in your body. We will concentrate on each part of the body, bringing increased strength, range of motion, circulation and flexibility to the hips, spine, neck, legs and shoulders to protect against injury and improve your swing.

Like me, most of you already have a consistent workout routine. Stress Less Yoga will enhance your current program and teach you to ease into deeper stretches using the breath. In addition to increased range of motion we will increase our ability to focus and remain calm and relaxed through conscious breathing. This is an important skill both on and off the course.

Sometimes I hear people say they can’t do yoga because they are not flexible enough. Let that go. We will start where you are. This class is for first time yoga practitioners as well as more seasoned yogis. I will take you through every movement breath by breath.
